Building a Professional Persona

Building a Professional Persona workshop

Professional persona is made up of the personality traits and behaviors, communication styles, values, and emotional intelligence that we present at work. Research shows that people who make themselves more "knowable" through their professional persona are more satisfied with their personal and professional lives, have better relationships, and have a greater sense of purpose. However, we don't always come off in the way we intend. In this interactive workshop, participants will begin to make intentional chouses about how to present their persona, in order to have the positive long-lasting effects, going beyond just a first impression.

Participants will learn:
1) How the brain interprets and processes massive amounts of information, and how this can work against us in how we are perceived
2) How to translate desired qualities into actions
3) How to communicate professionally and with intention
