Join EAP and your colleagues for a series of three interactive workshops designed to address the unique challenges faced by Supervisors, Managers & Directors

• Learn about yourself as a leader through self-assessments & discussion
• Learn about your preferred style of dealing with conflict
• Practice using different modes of conflict management to increase your confidence & effectiveness in difficult situations
• Learn how to improve/ enhance your communication
• Learn about the importance of emotional intelligence in your leadership role and steps you can take to increase your emotional quotient

This is a three part series, please make sure you can attend all three dates/times before registering. You will automcatically be enrolled for session 2 & 3 when you register for session 1. 

Session 1: Thursday February 14th 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Session 2: Thursday February 21st 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Session 3: Thursday February 28th 9:00 am – 11:00 am
